Why Red Hot Chili Peppers Fans Are Vowing to ‘Never Go Again’ After Recent Sydney Show

The Red Hot Chili Peppers are now embarking on an extensive global stadium tour to support their newest pair of studio LPs for 2022. unlimited love and Return of the Yume ShokudoWhile most RHCP shows are guaranteed to please audiences, a recent performance in Australia was apparently so disappointing that some devotees vow to miss all future RHCP concerts.

Last Thursday (2nd February) the band played (with Post Malone) at Sydney’s Accor Stadium. According to Setlist.fm, their nearly two-hour show included a lot of different material, but news.com.au reports: …the concert didn’t get enough hits, and some even claim they’ll never perform again.

For example, in response to the Accor Stadium celebrating a “great first night,” one Facebook fan posted: Hundreds of people left early. The setlist was so boring that the audience was half asleep. Similarly, Ultimate-Guitar has acknowledged another social media user declaring: We played some old tunes, but mostly new junk that no one knows. ”

To be fair, there were also plenty of positive reactions to the performance.who specifically murmured: “Crazy props to anyone who denounces Boomer-style entitlement for wanting to have two Triple M live stage shows. Are you disappointed that they’re playing a different song than you were?”
