LOS ANGELES — The two outfits Shakira wore to her Super Bowl halftime performance, handwritten lyrics and a heavily crystallized electric guitar are among the items on display at the Los Angeles museum.
The Grammy Museum announced Thursday that the multiple Grammy winner will have her first exhibition on March 4. An exhibit called “Shakira, Shakira: The Grammy Museum Experience” features 40 of her artifacts from her personal archive in the museum’s permanent Latin music gallery.
The museum’s exhibits explore Shakira’s musical evolution, from her origins as a Latin performer in Colombia to becoming a global superstar as a multi-genre performer who spans multiple genres including bachata, rock, bhangra and reggaeton.

Shakira’s electric guitar covered in 70,000 black crystals and the acoustic guitar used for songwriting will be on display. Other items include the outfit from his 2018 Eldorado tour and the leafy bikini he wore on his 2005 album Oral Her Fiction Vol.
