At the February 3rd show in Atlanta, Georgia, legendary rocker Bruce Springsteen threw his guitar into the air and, in an attempt to catch it, his longtime guitar technician Kevin Buell accidentally hit the 6th string. was hit in the head with a musical instrument.
Being part of a road crew is hard work, and even if you didn’t expect it, it can be dangerous. Something as mundane as catching a guitar can still go wrong. After that, I fell to the ground.
Springsteen quickly walked away with a smile on his face as the members of his E-Street Band looked around with similar grins. The cheery mood indicates that Buell is generally fine, with a few bumps, cuts, and/or bruises over the next few days, perhaps a little worse.
