The Australian music festival run by influencer Nicky Westcott’s restaurateur and fiancé Oli Frost has been discontinued after his company was taken under control.
Launched in 2016 by Frost and event organizer Johnny Eddings, the Grass is Gleaner Festival is an annual indie music festival held in cities around Queensland.
But the company in charge of the festival, Handpicked Events and Marketing, founded by Mr. Frost, took control on December 8th.

This year’s festival promised a fantastic line-up of artists playing across Cairns, the Gold Coast, Canberra and Geelong.

Nevertheless, the Cairns and Gold Coast festivals were held in October with reduced lineups.
However, future Geelong and Canberra dates have been postponed due to poor ticket sales, with less than 1,900 tickets sold in total.
