Motley Crue Share First Official Band Photo With John 5


Just like the first day of school when you need a new photo before starting your next adventure, Motley Crue will handle it. The band shared their first official band photo with John 5 via social media, as seen below.

After longtime Motley Crue member Mick Mars retired from touring last fall, John 5 was officially announced as the band’s new touring guitarist. In recent months, John 5 has shown off his talents with a “Motley Mondays” cover of a Mötley Crue song, doing his best to show that Motley made the right choice by calling him on the tour slot. The new photo, taken in black and white by noted rock photographer Ross Halfin, shows Nikki Sixx honking his horn, Tommy Lee smoking a cigarette, and the band’s blonde members John 5 and Vince Neil. pictured in the center. shot.

The band used the flame emoji and #TheWorldTour hashtag to say, “We’re ready to travel,” and John 5 shared an excited offer, “Let’s do it!!!” The band also used one of the song’s titles, “Looks that KILL,” to comment on the photo.

Motley and Def Leppard teamed up with Def Leppard last year for ‘The Stadium Tour’ in the US, and in 2023 they’re doing it all again for audiences around the world. The World Tour will play shows in Atlantic City, New Jersey on February 10th and 11th before leaving for Mexico City on February 18th. They are scheduled for the summer with shows in South America and Europe. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Alice Cooper will also perform on certain dates scheduled for this year.
