Miley Cyrus’ ‘Flowers’ (Columbia) continues to grow, reaching number one in the UK for the third week in a row.
‘Flowers’ amassed over 106,000 chart units during its chart cycle, beating its closest rival Raye’s ‘Escapism’ (Human Re Sources) by more than 2:1.
The Official Charts Company reported that the song was the most played song of the week in the UK, with over 12 million views.
“Flowers” is already Miley’s longest reigning No. 1 in the UK, beating out her previous leader’s “We Can’t Stop” and “Wrecking Ball” single stretch runs released in 2013. I’m here.
After going viral on TikTok, Miguel’s 2010 single “Sure Thing” (Jive) breathed new life into the charts, peaking 10-6. This is a new peak position for “Sure Thing” and the highest ever chart position for a US artist in the UK.
The top debut of the week is “Voices” (Atlantic) by KSI and Oliver Tree, a new No. This collaboration her single is her 18th for KSI and her 3rd for Tree to enter the UK Top 40.
The second best new entry comes from Australian singer and rapper The Kid Laroy, whose “Love Again” (Columbia) is number 19 and his 2021 hit with Justin Bieber, Stay’ entered the top 40 for the first time. And finally, Pink scored her 37th UK Top 40 single with ‘Never Gonna Not Dance Again’, produced by recurring collaborators Max Martin and Shellback. 46-40 is up.
