Marilyn Manson and Esmé Bianco reach settlement in sexual abuse case

Marilyn Manson has reached an out-of-court settlement in a sexual abuse lawsuit with Esme Bianco.

The British actress who appeared in Game of Thrones publicly accused Rocker and her ex-boyfriend of sexual abuse in February 2021, and months later she was accused of sexual assault, physical abuse and filed a lawsuit alleging human trafficking. Manson has consistently denied the allegations.

On Tuesday, it was revealed that the parties had reached an out-of-court settlement in the case. Terms of the deal are unknown.

“MS. Bianco has agreed to settle her claims against Brian Warner and Marilyn Manson Records,” Manson’s attorney Howard E. King confirmed to Rolling Stone. “Keep her life and career going”.

The settlement means that the musician, whose real name is Brian Warner, is currently facing only one abuse lawsuit against Jane Doe. In January, her model Ashley Morgan Smithline’s lawsuit was dismissed after she was unable to find a new attorney.

Manson maintains his innocence and claims that all sexual relations were consensual.

He is now suing ex-fiancé Evan Rachel Wood for defamation after accusing him of abusing him during their relationship in February 2021.
