LA Carnival On Tour brings ‘Music, Masquerade, Spectacle’ to West Hollywood

International Eye LA, presenter of “Music, Masquerade, Spectacle!”, will introduce world-famous artist Bernard Hoyes as a featured artist and collaborate with event producer Marie Kellier.
