NEW YORK — A fierce fight over loud music between two roommates at a Midtown homeless shelter ended in blood when one of the women fatally stabbed the other, police said Saturday. Stated.
Police were called to Project Renewal Shelter for assault before 10 p.m. Friday and found Victoria Goode with multiple stab wounds in the sixth-floor hallway.
Police sources said the 27-year-old was stabbed to death by her roommate, Charmaine Crossman, 42.
“Victoria is young, fun-loving, likes playing music and smoking a little pot,” said shelter resident Toye Paulia, 51. , they started arguing. She Victoria was into music. ”
A violent fight started in their room, but soon spilled out into the hallway by the laundry room.
