The catalog of pioneering rap trio De La Soul will finally be available on the streaming service on March 3rd.
De La Soul and Reservoir Media said Tuesday about the group’s first six albums (including their platinum-selling 1989 debut). 3 feet tall and rising, Spotify, Apple Music and other digital platforms. This release coincides with his 34th anniversary of the trio’s first album in the Library of Congress’ National Recording Registry in 2011.

To mark the news, the Grammy Award-winning ensemble will digitally release their 1989 single, “The Magic Number,” on January 13th. Spider-Man: No Way Home.
De La Soul includes Posdunuos (Kelvin Mercer), Tolgoi (David Jude Joricourt) and Maceo (Vincent Lamont Mason Jr.). They formed at a high school in Long Island, New York. In 2021, Reservoir acquitted famed independent hip-hop label Tommy Boy Music, securing the rights to De La Soul’s past catalog. Distributed.
