Each new year is an opportunity to try something new and different. In 2023, make music with us as part of WVU’s Community Music Program.
Put your holiday inspiration and creativity into learning how to play an instrument and master the art through music lessons, group classes and ensembles.
Community music programs are for beginners, amateurs and performers of all ages and levels who want to enhance their daily lives with the arts, explore new creative territories, or perform with others who share the same passion. open to people.
Members can sign up for tutoring on a variety of instruments, sign up for new and reopening group classes, and perform with jazz and world music ensembles and the Morgantown Community Orchestra.
All classes are taught by WVU School of Music and Community Music Program faculty.
The 13-week session will begin on January 23rd, with early registration open until January 29th. Late registration closes March 11th. During that time, a late fee of $15 will apply.
