Britney Spears shuts down intervention reports


Britney Spears has slammed reports suggesting her family and friends are planning an intervention.

On Thursday, TMZ editors said the singer’s loved ones were concerned about her erratic behavior, mental health and alleged substance abuse and were planning an intervention to get her to seek help. I published an article suggesting that. she will die.”

The 41-year-old denounced the allegations on Instagram hours later, declaring that the allegations had made her “disgusted with (her) stomach.”

The Toxic hitmaker assured fans that she had come a long way since her mental breakdown in 2007. She was then placed under guardianship from February 2008 until she was in November 2021.

According to TMZ, the intervention was scheduled to take place on Tuesday, but was canceled after Britney became aware of the plan.
