South Korea’s Seoul is now part of broadcast music
Sooyong Yoon, Shyun Lee, Jifan Lee, and Young J began singing gospel together in a park in Seoul, South Korea.Hoping for a prosperous music career, they auditioned at AGTMore We are back in 2021. They remained in the competition for some time and failed to advance to the final. But today, Korean Soul has a deal with Broadcast Music (BMI), a powerful and influential music rights management.
“I just signed a songwriting deal,” Lee wrote on Instagram. “Our first music is coming out soon so stay tuned!!”
According to its official website, BMI represents over 20.6 million musical works created by over 1.3 million songwriters, composers and music publishers. They include Miley Cyrus, Lil Wayne, Lil Nas X, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran. He continues to nurture new talents and bring fresh music to the world.
Korean Soul has been teasing fans about its first release as part of BMI, but has yet to announce any details.
