2023 Aftershock Festival Reveals First Headliner

The full lineup for Aftershock Festival has yet to be announced, but the first headliners for Music Weekend 2023 have been confirmed. Rounding out the weekend of music is none other than Guns N’ Roses led by Axl Rose.

Along with the announcement of Guns N’ Roses’ massive world tour, it has been revealed that the band will headline a Sacramento-based festival on October 8th of this year.

The festival takes place the weekend of October 5-8 at Discovery Park in Sacramento, with a lineup to be announced soon. But knowing that he can see one of rock’s biggest bands wrap up the weekend should be a solid draw to secure tickets now.

Passes are currently on sale starting at $10. To get the lowest ticket prices, we recommend purchasing your pass early. Both regular ticket packages and VIP ticket packages are available, as well as a bundle option that includes an aftershock weekend stay in Sacramento. Stay tuned for the full Aftershock 2023 line-up coming soon.

As mentioned, Guns N’ Roses announced early this morning (February 21st) an extensive world tour starting June 5th in Tel Aviv, Israel. His North American tour begins August 5th in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. Be sure to get your tickets here. Regarding new Guns N’ Roses music, Slash said last fall that the band would be “free” to “work on new records” after this summer.
