from the early days Murder is my business…and business is good! All the way to Megadeth’s latest record, The sick, the dying, and the dead!the brainchild of Dave Mustaine, always had a knack for incorporating Thrash’s demeanor and aggression into an undeniably catchy melody.
Megadeth’s songs are probably in their most melodious form since the early ’90s. This is especially noticeable in the tracks featured here. ‘A Tout Le Monde’ from 1994. It’s a hauntingly beautiful track that, on the surface, seems to be about suicide.
Mustaine clarified the track’s origins to fans in an interview with the NHL during a trip to Canada in 2017. I met and the only thing she had to do was come back and visit, but she could only say one word, “I love you.” and that’s what the song is about, telling my friends “I love you”. ”
Despite the song’s popularity, the track has become a rarity in the band’s live sets. If this song is on your show bucket list, consider catching a Megadeth show in France or Montreal.
